Fusion Furniture – Terms & Conditions

At Fusion Furniture, we are committed to providing excellent service, quality products, and outstanding value. By purchasing from us—whether online or in-store—you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:


1. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include: cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.


2. Privacy Policy

  • All customer information is kept strictly confidential and used only for order processing and delivery.

  • We do not share your personal data with third parties.


3. Warranty

  • All furniture comes with a 1–5 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty coverage does not include normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.

  • A warranty card will be included with the product or referenced separately at the time of purchase.


4. Delivery

  • Same-day or next-day delivery is available for most items in Canberra, subject to product availability and weather.

  • Deliveries to Sydney, Melbourne, and regional areas are typically completed within the quoted timeframe; however, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or access limitations.

  • We partner with trusted third-party delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely. While we take great care in selecting our delivery teams and strive to prevent any damage, Fusion Furniture cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage to your property (such as walls, floors, or doorways) that may occur during the delivery process, though such occurrences are extremely rare.

Important Delivery Notes:

  • Standard delivery includes drop-off only, at a location accessible and convenient for the delivery driver.

  • Assembly services are available upon request for an additional fee. Please notify us in advance if needed.

  • Rubbish removal (e.g., cardboard or plastic packaging) is the customer’s responsibility unless previously arranged. Rubbish removal can be added for an extra charge.

  • For customers living in apartments or townhouses, delivery is subject to safe and reasonable access.

    • Our delivery partners may decline to carry items via stairs or lifts if deemed unsafe or impractical.

    • If furniture cannot be delivered due to tight access or restricted entry, it is the customer’s responsibility to carry the item to the desired location.

While we strive to meet the agreed delivery schedule, we cannot guarantee 100% on-time delivery. We will always aim to keep you informed of any delays.


5. Damages

  • All items should be inspected upon delivery. Any damage or issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Fusion Furniture is not responsible for any damages to your property (such as walls, floors, doorways, or other parts of your home) during the delivery process. We recommend clearing the path and ensuring your home is prepared for the delivery to avoid any accidental damage.

  • Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted.


6. Limitation of Liability

  • Fusion Furniture’s total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


7. Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before delivery incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the invoice total.

  • Cancellations after delivery are subject to:

    • A 50% cancellation fee

    • Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and safely returned at the buyer’s expense.

  • If delivery has already commenced, refunds will be issued as store credit only.


8. Returns & Exchanges

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which allows for repairs, replacements, or refunds under specific conditions.

  • No returns for change of mind.

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of major faults or genuine manufacturing defects, and if the item remains unopened in its original packaging.

  • Minor issues that are easily fixable will be resolved without requiring a return.

  • Items returned without original packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted.

  • A 30% processing fee may apply to any refund requests made after placing an order, even before dispatch.

⚠️ Please ensure you measure your available space before purchasing. We are not liable for any returns or cancellations due to items not fitting in your home or intended space.
