At fusion furniture we are committed to provide you with an excellent service, quality product at an affordable price.

All Goods that we sell, whether online or in our stores, are sold on these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

2. Privacy Policy: Customer information is kept confidential and used only for order processing and delivery purposes. We do not share your personal information with third parties.

3. Warranty: All furniture comes with a 1 - 5 years warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care. The warranty card will either come inside the purchased item or it will be mentioned on the next page.

4. Delivery: We offer same-day or next-day delivery on most products within Canberra, subject to availability and weather conditions. While we strive for prompt delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors like bad weather, road closures, truck breakdowns, blocked access, or incorrect delivery instructions. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly.

* Please note, the standard delivery only includes us dropping off the boxes wherever it is convenient to the delivery drivers.

* If you require assembly services, please inform us in advance so we can arrange it before delivery. Assembly services incur an additional fee on top of the delivery cost.

* It is the customer's responsibility to dispose of any cardboard, plastic, or packaging after furniture installation unless otherwise arranged at the time of purchase. Please note that rubbish removal service is available for an additional fee.

* For customers living in apartments or townhouses, our delivery partners reserve the right not to deliver furniture to multi-storey units using stairs or lifts. While we will do our best to assist, if the lift is too small or stairs are difficult to navigate, it will be the customer's responsibility to transport the item to their residence.

* While we strive to meet the specified delivery time and date, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to unforeseen circumstances. However, you can trust that we will make every effort to ensure your delivery is completed as promptly as possible.

5. Damages: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damages must be reported within the first 24 hours. Fusion Furniture is not responsible for damages reported after this time.

6. Limitation of Liability: Fusion Furniture’s liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.

7. Cancellations:

* We charge a 30% fee of the total invoice amount for any cancellations made after purchase and before delivery. If you wish to cancel after delivery, customers are responsible for the safe transportation of the returned goods, which must be in their original, unopened packaging and incur cancellation fees of 50%.

* If delivery has commenced any refunds will be provided as a store credit.

8. Returns and Exchanges: All goods sold by Fusion Furniture are protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Repairs, refunds, and replacements are permitted only under appropriate circumstances.

* Refunds or returns are only considered in cases of major damage. We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind. In the rare event that your product is faulty or has a genuine manufacturer defect, we will issue a refund or facilitate a return, provided that you have not violated the manufacturer's warranty and guidelines.

*For any minor issues that are easily fixable, we will resolve them without requiring a return. Our team is committed to providing prompt solutions to ensure your satisfaction and the functionality of your furniture.

*We will NOT accept items returned with original packaging being destroyed. *After placing an Order, if you insist that you want a refund it may incur a 30% fee based on the total invoice value.

*We highly recommend measuring your available space at home prior to making a purchase. Fusion Furniture cannot be held liable for any returns or cancellations resulting from furniture not fitting in your designated area.
