Delivery Areas
Same-Day Delivery:
- We offer same-day delivery within Canberra. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM for same-day delivery.
Standard Delivery (5 to 7 Business Days):
- We deliver to Sydney, Melbourne, and various regional areas including Bega, Wagga Wagga, Cooma, Goulburn, Batemans Bay, Nowra, and other surrounding areas.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on the destination and are as follows:
- Canberra: $80
- Sydney and Melbourne: $150 - $250
- Regional Areas (Bega, Wagga Wagga, Cooma, Goulburn, Batemans Bay, Nowra): $350 - $400
Exact delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
Delivery Schedule
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 16:00 PM will be delivered the same day within Canberra.
- Standard Delivery: Orders to Sydney, Melbourne, and regional areas will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days.
Additional Information
- Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Sunday including public holidays.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
- Delivery Attempts: If you are not available at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will leave a contact card for you to reschedule.
