Terms & Conditions

At Fusion Furniture, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and excellent service. All purchases made in-store or online are subject to the following terms and conditions.


1. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.


2. Privacy

  • Customer information is kept confidential and used solely for order processing and delivery.

  • We do not share personal information with third parties.


3. Warranty

  • Our furniture is covered against manufacturing defects for 1–5 years, depending on the product.

  • The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, overloading, jumping on furniture, pet damage, and improper care.

  • Warranty details are provided with each product.


4. Delivery

  • We offer same-day or next-day delivery within Canberra, subject to availability and external conditions.

  • Standard delivery includes placement in the requested room if access is clear and safe.

  • Delivery to apartments or townhouses depends on accessibility; if stairs or lifts pose challenges, customers may need to transport items themselves.

  • Assembly services are available for an additional fee.

  • Customers are responsible for disposal of packaging unless a disposal service is arranged.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, exact times cannot be guaranteed.


5. Inspection & Damages

  • Orders must be inspected upon delivery.

  • Any damages must be reported within 24 hours. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.


6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only for major manufacturing defects. Minor defects will be repaired without requiring a return.

  • Returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or damaged packaging are not accepted.

  • Refunds may incur a 30% fee; after delivery, refunds are issued as store credit.


7. Cancellations

  • Cancellations before delivery incur a 30% fee.

  • Cancellations after delivery require items to be returned in original, unopened packaging and incur a 50% fee.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Fusion Furniture’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

  • We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.


9. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must measure spaces and ensure product suitability before purchase.

  • Furniture must be used as intended; misuse or overloading voids warranty.
